Classes are over, and it’s time again for my semester round up where I look back on teaching these past few months…
3D Design
We had a lot of fun in this class experimenting with paper packaging, clay busts, 3D modeling/printing, and inflatables.
Chisato Nakamura “Race Game”
Spring 2015, for “Memories & Microcontrollers” course
Using a LEDs, piezo, push buttons and Arduino
Intermedia: Memories & Microcontrollers
In this class we walked through introductory Arduino exercises (small simple computers) and combined those studies with readings on memories and viewings of artists working with memories.
Senior Seminar
This was a great class because I started working with these students in the fall during Portfolio Prep and helped them create either portfolio presentations (for the designers) or senior exhibitions and artist talks (for the artists). They are a great group of people and I was very proud of all their hard work!
We also took a road trip to Cincinnati! We drove up and back in one day and we visited the Contemporary Arts Center and the Cincinnati Art Museum.
