Stills from ‘Stamina’ (live performance)
This series investigates concepts of corporate management systems, prison establishments, sisyphean tasks, and surveillance systems by decontextualizing familiar tasks and placing them natural settings. In each video, I strive to create a somewhat eerie or unsettling ambiance that sets the viewer on edge. The actions portrayed expose an absurdity and a dry humor inherent in this subject matter.
